Since 1982, Dover Hydraulics has worked to become the most complete and reliable source for hydraulic component reconditioning in mid America. Our state of the art facilities are conveniently located in Dover, Ohio, adjacent to Interstate 77. We believe that nothing means more to you - our valued customer, than our word. We have the ability to service you quickly with assurance that we will do the job right - the first time.

At Dover Hydraulics, we realize the importance of rebuilding your components to O.E.M. specifications. Our rebuilt components are fully tested to meet or exceed the O.E.M. requirements. We have the most comprehensive testing facilities of any independent hydraulic repair company. In our cylinder repair shop, we perform simulated working pressures of up to 5000 psi. Our component repair shop can fully load test pumps up to 720 HP at 2100 rpm. We also have complete proportional/servo valve test and calibration equipment. Your component must pass the test, or we don't ship it! Properly rebuilt units can reduce maintenance and operating costs. Your components can be repaired and returned quicker than obtaining a new unit, but if your component is damaged beyond repair, we can usually offer new replacement components at a competitive price.

Dover Hydraulics can provide their mobile equipment customers exchange cylinders. Exchanging cylinders helps fight the delay involved when a cylinder fails. We take pride in our ability to keep you - our customer - going. After all, "Our business is keeping you in business".

We have experience with components manufactured by Caterpillar, Commercial Intertech, Denison, Dynex, Eaton, Hunt, HydroKraft, Hydrostar, Kawasaki, Ross, Sun, Tongmyong, Viking, and Webster. We are a distributor of Tyrone pumps, and an authorized service center for Linde components. We also repair Rexroth components, and we can now work direct with Rexroth for parts and technical information. This helps to make the turnaround time acceptable.

If you can't quite figure out what is wrong with your hydraulic system, we offer field service technicians who specialize in troubleshooting. We also have a mobile line-boring unit that is on the road every day of the week.
