The deep-case  carburized 8620 leveller roll is one of Bonnell's standard products.  As such, we have taken great effort to guarantee a case hardness which is uniform in both depth and across the roll face.  Statistical process control and a thorough QC program further promote this guarantee.  For cold leveller applications, there is no finer, cost-effective product available in the world today.

Pictured at the left are two styles of furnace rolls, the very latest in design and raw materials.  We have the expertise and experience to manufacture these 300 Series stainless steel rolls from scratch or, should you desire, rebuild the worn roll.

Fabricating super alloy rolls is an everyday occurrence at Bonell.  These conductor rolls have a nickel content over 42%.  Forged, copper electrodes are shrunk into the body form both ends.  Plater contact and conductor rolls are some of Bonell's most expensive and technologically complex products.
